Passivation Laval

PASSIVATION

Our passivation services in Laval are designed to treat stainless steel alloys with precision. By immersing parts in acid baths, we effectively remove surface contaminants, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance through our expertise with chromium-rich alloys. The chrome oxide layer formed during the process further strengthens resistance to corrosion. We handle parts up to 16in x 32in x 32in, ensuring no alteration to dimensions while providing robust protection.

Anodizing Laval

Anodisation

In Laval, our anodizing services focus on improving the durability and visual appeal of aluminum parts. Our electrochemical process creates an oxide layer that enhances resistance to corrosion and wear. We use sulfuric acid baths to anodize parts of various sizes and shapes according to your specifications. Additionally, our anodizing process offers coloring options for a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. The Laval team is available to discuss how anodizing can benefit your projects.
